As we head into the holidays, the pace of life often picks up—our calendars fill, our to-do lists grow, and our energy can start to feel stretched thin. This season, we’re inviting you to set the vibe with intention. Before the rush takes over, pause and consider: what kind of energy do you want to carry with you into the coming weeks? Whether it’s calm and cozy, grounded and reflective, or bright and connected, being deliberate about your vibe can help you move through this season with more ease and authenticity.
Think of it as curating your own seasonal soundtrack. Maybe your vibe is twinkly lights, a full dinner table, and sparkly eye shadow—or maybe it’s fuzzy socks, festive mocktails, and dancing in the kitchen. Lean into the foods, colors, textures, and rituals that make you feel most you. Just as our new INTERWOVXN Shop debuts with the Cycle Support Guide, designed to help you align with your body’s natural rhythms, setting the vibe for the holidays is about tuning into what feels good, energizing, and real.
we launched a SHOP!
We’re thrilled to share the launch of the new INTERWOVXN Shop, now live on our website, featuring our first digital release—the Cycle Support Guide. Our menstrual cycle is more than our period. For many of us, our menstrual bleed is the internal clock by which we keep time. This guide helps you connect with your cyclical nature through gentle practices, self-care prompts, and insights that support you in every phase.
Setting the vibe within your cycle—just like setting it for the season—helps you stay in tune with your body, your emotions, and your true needs.
And coming soon: our Hysterectomy Support Guide—a one-of-a-kind resource designed to support your healing journey and fill the gaps before and after surgery. Thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply practical, this guide offers the kind of care every person deserves when moving through such a significant transition.
Interested in Gift Cards? Whether you’re gifting one of our Clinic Services or the Cycle Support Guide—a great stocking stuffer—you’re giving someone you love care and connection while also supporting the work we do.

S7 E8: more talk on ADHD
Next week we welcome back Nydia and Jobea, two women who were in our previous conversation about ADHD. Together they go deeper about their personal experiences with ADHD and navigating parenting, entrepreneurship, and perimenopause. They talk about time blindness, discovering their ADHD, their late diagnosis and their kids’ diagnoses. They share how ADHD presents in them as females, how it presents as depression for one of them and provides a crisis mode strength for the other, and how it connects to overwhelm and anger, novelty, and creating coping mechanisms.
women’s health in the NEWS
MENSTRUAL.HEALTH: Diagnosing Endometriosis: ‘A Medical Miracle’ is Period Blood ‘the Most Overlooked Opportunity’ in Women’s Health?
FERTILE.HEALTH: Hidden Ecosystem of the Ovaries Plays a Surprising Role in Fertility.
PERI.MENOPAUSE: FDA Removes Black Box Warning From Menopause Hormone Therapy.
WOMEN’S HEALTH: Parkinson’s Medication Sometimes “Wears Off” Faster for Women.
TASTE: Squash Season–9 Sweet + Savory Ways to Cook Squash. Since we’re talking about hydration, we thought these eight nighttime drinks were the perfect addition to the rotation as we head into colder weather. From chamomile and lavender to turmeric golden milk for a little extra repair, and an aloe & coconut elixir for hydration, each one is a simple way to hydrate your cells and support your hormones — little nightly rituals that help your body reset, support digestion, improve sleep, and keep your glow going from the inside out. At Outpost this weekend the produce expert mentioned that Honeynut Squash are everyone’s new favorite. It looks like a mini butternut, but is sweeter and personal-sized!
BONUS TASTE: Candied Orange Peels. I love watching beautiful food videos and the ones from @glorioustable are mesmerizing! And this one has me wanting to make these beautiful treats for the holidays!
SEE: Holiday Movies. This weekend we are talking about watching our first holiday movie and every year we sit down to figure out where to watch our favorites. This popped up on our feed and we thought you might want to take a screenshot so you can find some of the popular ones.
SMELL: Moodscaping and the Power of Smell. Smell is far more than just a background sense — it’s a powerful vibe-shifter. When you allow yourself to breathe in a scent that resonates with how you want to feel (say, grounded and calm after a busy perimenopause moment, or uplifted and confident before stepping into community space), you’re essentially “mood-scaping” your environment and your inner state at once. As the article points out, fragrance is increasingly being used not just as a beauty accessory but as a tool to influence mood, mindset and memory by tapping the olfactory-limbic connection. So next time you light a candle, roll on essential oils, or open a window to welcome a breeze carrying fresh air and herbal green notes, think of it as setting the tone for your day-to-day essence — not just what you smell, but how you want to be.

HEAR: Record Store Crawl (+ 8 experience gift ideas from Platonic Love). This week we got Platonic Love’s newsletter and loved their experience gift ideas so much that it inspired my plan for my husband (hopefully he doesn’t read this one;) Aliza planned out a bookstore (and treats) tour of New Orleans by bike. While biking in Wisconsin may not be in the cards, I think it would be really fun to plan a day where we hit some of his favorite record stores to add some to our collection and stop for snacks and beverages along the way!
TOUCH: Intimacy + A Guide to Setting the Mood. Shifting into a headspace that’s confident, connected, and ready for intimacy doesn’t just happen—it’s something we can create. This article from The Maudern emphasizes connection and communication through small, intentional practices—lighting a candle, curating a playlist, or creating a space to truly be present with your partner. We also loved their articles on Sex and the Five Love Languages and Taking Intimacy Outside of the Bedroom, which expand on ways to deepen intimacy in and beyond the bedroom. For more on pleasure, connection, and communication, check out Season 6 of the INTERWOVXN Podcast.
What is appealing to your senses right now? What are you reading? watching? cooking? wearing? loving? obsessed with? We would love to share some of your picks in future newsletters!
Speaking of holiday movies, my favorite is The Sound of Music (although there is nothing about the holidays in the movie)! And SO
